looky looky what i bought

~i have wanted this lens for sooooooooooooooooooooooo long! Its fantastic for portraits (makes the background nice and blurry so the subject *pops*). Kate emailed me a link to a site the other day that had it for $122! so i was excited - it retails for $165 and here, in the shops their selling it for $235 (scabs).

So i went to this site to buy it and they wanted $60 bucks for postage plus another $20 for insurance! WELL, bugger that, i might as well just buy it in the shops, and save the hassel of getting it shipped.

So needless to say, i was disappointed. So i did a litttle ebay surfing and found it for $98 bucks plus $40 shipping! snapped up that bargain! Im happy cos i paid less than reccomended retail, and i should get my new lens in 4-10 days! woopeee!!!!!!!!
