my lil lizard fetus...

is now a lil chubber! lol.

We had a 3d ultrasound last night. Baby was being a brat as usual - it never cooperates for ultrasounds! It squirmed all the way down to the bottom of my pelvis and was trying to hide behind my hip bone, with its arms in front of its face. The sonographer confirmed its gone head down already, which i was already pretty sure of due to all the kicks to the ribs. So hopefully it stays that way. Though it is back to front - with its back to my back so it needs to swivel around so its back is to my front, but it still has a few weeks to do that, so all good.

That there is an ear and an arm

and thats its lil ski jump nose that looks just like mine. (and an elbow -it has its arms or elbow in every shot)
lil chubber. The sonographer said that he/she looked very healthy. They look for the chubby cheeks and a thick umbilical cord and bub has both.

Speaking of umbilical cord, the sonographer checked its cord wasnt around its neck (and its not) - was so funny, at one stage it started playing with its cord and then started chewing on it. It put its fingers in its mouth quite alot as well, but surprisingly not its thumb. i was a big thumb sucker so i thought this bub might be too. I guess we'll see in a few months!
Nose and mouth, with its arm covering its eyes. It was so cute. It was actually rubbing its eyes for awhile - so Nam pipes up "oh great, its already got your allergies!" lol
Looking very much like it has its daddy's mouth.
